Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MS Intune Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and solid hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and managing modern endpoint solutions across enterprise environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description
Intune / Endpoint Management:
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for enterprise endpoint management.
- Configure and maintain device enrollment (Azure AD Join, Hybrid AAD Join, Autopilot).
- Manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
- Application deployment and management (Win32, MSI, MSIX, Store apps).
- Manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
- Troubleshoot Intune enrollment, policy, and application issues.
- Monitor endpoint health and compliance using Endpoint Analytics.





Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant including Azure AD (Entra ID), Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Implement and manage Conditional Access policies.
- Manage M365 licensing and service health.
- Support identity and access management (MFA, SSO).

Security & Compliance:
- Implement endpoint security controls (BitLocker, Defender).
- Integrate Intune with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Enforce Zero Trust security principles.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Operations & Support:
- Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint and M365 issues.
- Create documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in change and incident management.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills:
- 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- Strong experience with Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing Windows 10/11 devices.
- Knowledge of Conditional Access and device compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.

Positive to Have:
- macOS, iOS, Android management experience.
- PowerShell scripting.
- Autopilot and Hybrid environments.
- Defender for Endpoint experience.

Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
