Role Overview
This role focuses on driving sales in the education segment by building relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. The executive will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet institutional requirements.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities across educational institutions.
· Generate leads through networking, Institutional events, and market research.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as management, procurement teams, architects, and consultants
· Understand client requirements and propose appropriate furniture / space solutions




· Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
· Coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution
· Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and closures against targets
· Conduct regular market visits to gather competitive and pricing intelligence
· Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with clients

Experience Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of B2B or institutional sales experience
Prior exposure to education, infrastructure, interiors, allied sectors or furniture sales is a robust advantage
Comfortable with field sales and frequent client visits
