Coreworks is building an AI-native way to turn raw company data — spreadsheets, systems, and messy inputs — into finished outputs: models, reports, and decks that people actually use.

We believe the way teams build models, reports, and decks is about to change fundamentally — and we’re early in defining that category.

This role is Founders’ Staff.
Not Chief of Staff. Not Associate. Not internal ops.

It’s a founder-caliber generalist role for someone who wants to help build Coreworks itself .

You’ll work directly with the founders on the highest-leverage problems across product, growth, strategy, and operations — with real ownership and decision-making responsibility.

What You’ll Do
Partner directly with the founders on company-defining initiatives
Own end-to-end outcomes — from problem framing to execution
Shape our go-to-market motion: positioning, ICPs, pricing, early distribution
Drive cross-functional projects across product, growth, analytics, and ops
Turn ambiguity into structure — and execute independently
Analyze customer workflows and usage to inform product and GTM decisions
Build dashboards, narratives, and internal playbooks that founders actually use

What Success Looks Like (First 90–180 Days)
Own and ship 2–3 high-impact initiatives that materially move the company
Help launch an early GTM or customer workflow motion
Build at least one core operating or growth dashboard




Take full ownership of one critical company initiative end-to-end

Who You Are
High-agency generalist with strong analytical and business instincts
Background in consulting, VC, early-stage startups, or as a founder
MBA or equivalent experience (judgment > pedigree)
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
Founder mentality: ownership, speed, accountability
Clear, structured communicator
Genuinely excited about AI products and real-world workflows

Strong Plus
Ex-consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with startup curiosity
Ex-VC / growth equity looking to build, not evaluate
Former founder or early startup operator
Experience with GTM, analytics, or financial modeling
Familiarity with spreadsheet-heavy workflows
