Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Strategist for a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals. Daily responsibilities include coordinating social media campaigns, optimizing social media platforms, creating content strategies, and maintaining the company’s online presence. This role will also involve monitoring analytics to assess campaign performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications
Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

2-4 years of work experience
Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to manage external communication and build brand reputation
Expertise in developing impactful Content Strategies tailored to increase audience engagement
Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms
Creativity, time management, and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
