Position Overview
We are inviting applications from accomplished Business Development Managers with proven expertise in US Non-IT staffing and client acquisition . This role focuses on driving revenue through strategic client engagement, deal closure, and long-term account management , with exposure to Legal, Healthcare, and senior leadership (VP-level) staffing mandates .
The ideal candidate will bring solid commercial acumen, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage high-value US staffing relationships .
Core Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives for US Non-IT staffing and workforce solutions
Identify, engage, negotiate, and close business with US-based direct clients and staffing partners
Manage the complete client lifecycle , including onboarding, agreements, SLAs, renewals, and expansion
Handle staffing requirements across Legal, Healthcare, and VP / executive-level roles
Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure delivery quality,
turnaround time, and closures
Oversee daily business operations, pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking
Build long-term, premium client relationships and drive repeat business
Candidate Profile
3–5 years of proven success in US Non-IT staffing business development
Strong experience dealing with direct clients, vendors, MSPs, and staffing partners
Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed , and other US hiring platforms
Solid understanding of US staffing models (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire)
Experience managing multi-domain and leadership-level hiring mandates
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Comfortable working in an onsite, US-shift, performance-driven environment
