KRA's
Propose the control and electrical scope for process improvement, capital expansion, obsolescence mitigation, and greenfield projects.
Recommend implementing DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, and IIOT solutions, along with Electrical MCC, PCC, APFC, PID control system, and other solutions.
Lead the project presales phases from concept, scope, specifications, bid solicitations, and techno-commercial offering.
Manage a dedicated solution team responsible for analyzing client requirements and delivering comprehensive technical responses to RFQs, encompassing technical offers, system architecture, Bill of Materials (BOM), initial stage designs, calculations, compliance/clarification/queries to RFQ specifications,



and conduct further technical discussions for closure.
Ensure the release of a commercially viable offer, facilitating mutually agreed contractual terms and conditions. Provide necessary support and advice to achieve successful commercial closure.

Oversee the seamless handover of awarded projects to the engineering team, coordinating key meetings, releasing project inputs, and managing project budgets.

Drive improvements in control technologies and processes, strategically focusing on financial gain and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both recent and existing customers, cultivating trust and loyalty through exceptional service and collaboration.

Qualification
B.E. / B. Tech – Instrumentation / Electronics / E&TC; / MSc (Electronics)
