Role Snapshot
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can own ad performance end-to-end — from strategy to scaling across Meta & Google.

You will work closely with founders, strategists, creatives, and sales teams to generate qualified leads with real ROI.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and scale Meta & Google Ads campaigns
• Work with video creatives (Reels, Ads, UGC, VSLs) in a video-first ecosystem
• Optimise campaigns for CPL, CPQL, Conversion Rate & ROAS
• Implement and track funnels: Lead Forms / WhatsApp / Landing Pages
• Read numbers deeply and take data-backed decisions
• Coordinate with internal teams on creatives, hooks & messaging
• Maintain clean reporting and performance insights
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing




• Robust grip on Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Clear understanding of funnels, targeting, retargeting & scaling
• Comfortable working with high-ticket & lead-gen businesses
• Ability to think beyond “running ads” and focus on business outcomes
• Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset

Bonus (Good to Have)
• Experience with WhatsApp-based funnels / CTWA
• Understanding of CRM, Lead Quality & Sales Feedback loops
• Exposure to Video Ads, UGC formats & Creative Testing frameworks
• Agency or consultancy background.
