Hiring | 365 CRM Platform Tech Lead
We are looking for an experienced 365 CRM Platform Tech Lead for an onsite role in the Philippines .
Location: Philippines (Onsite)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualifications & Experience
• Hands-on experience in configuring and setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong exposure to Microsoft technologies : Azure, Office 365, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server
• Experience with Power Automate (Flows), PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI
• Solid understanding of system architecture, development, and integrations
Key Responsibilities
• Align with the Project Manager on business outcomes, module delivery, and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions within scope, schedule, and budget
• Review infrastructure, security, and solution design
• Identify, track, and manage technical issues; escalate when required
• Apply project best practices and contribute to the organizational knowledge base
• Oversee deployment activities and validate deployment guidelines
• Provide user support during the Hypercare period and ensure smooth handover to Application Support
• Train recent Technical Leads on project delivery processes, as needed
