Role Purpose
Support transaction teams across the full deal lifecycle, from prequalification to submission and financial close. The role focuses on financial and market analysis, transaction support, and bid execution for large infrastructure and PPP projects. The position offers exposure to Middle East and global projects across sectors.
Experience
1 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate banking, advisory, or infrastructure transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
CFA or equivalent certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Transaction and Bid Support
Support senior team members across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination to financial close
Assist in prequalification and origination activities including market research, trend analysis, and preparation of internal and client presentations
Prepare and submit Expressions of Interest and Statements of Qualification
Support tender preparation, bid submissions, negotiations, award, commercial close, and financial close
Coordinate with technical, legal, insurance, financial,
and operations teams during bid and transaction execution
Support due diligence workstreams for PPP and M&A; transactions on buy side and sell side
Research and evaluate potential partners such as co investors, EPC contractors, and O and M partners, including capability and financial assessment
Prepare transaction documents and materials such as NDAs, pitch decks, sponsor documents, and funding related documents
Financial Analysis and Modelling
Conduct financial analysis of investment opportunities including valuation, risk assessment, and scenario analysis
Support development and review of PPP concession based financial models for bids and new projects
Build and maintain internal financial and cost models for opportunity screening and bid evaluation
Support return analysis, asset valuation, sensitivities, and efficiency of tax and accounting assumptions
Exposure and Scope
Work on complex infrastructure and PPP transactions
Direct exposure to Middle East and global projects
Prospect to work with cross border teams and international partners
