Role Description We are hiring a full-time, in office Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant based in Jaipur . In this role, you will lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, work closely with customers to understand business requirements, configure solutions, and ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
This position requires strong specialization in:
✅ Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Saudi Payroll
✅ Core HR
✅ Absence Management
✅ Fast Formula
You will collaborate with internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes and provide high-quality functional support.




Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (focus on Saudi Payroll + Core HR + Absence)
Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
Configure Fusion HCM modules and ensure end-to-end process alignment
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas (payroll, absence, HR rules)
Support data validation, UAT, and go-live readiness
Provide functional guidance, issue resolution, and post-deployment support
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and enhancements
Qualifications
Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations
Strong hands-on functional knowledge of:
Saudi Payroll ( mandatory )
Core HR / HRMS
Absence Management
Fast Formula
Consulting background with client handling and delivery ownership
Strong problem-solving, requirement analysis, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business / HR or related field
Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plus
Must be able to work on-site in Jaipur/Pune
