Role Description
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 2+ years

We are looking for a passionate Application Support / AI Engineer to join our HPC & AI team , supporting end users on AI platforms, training workloads and high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users on AI and HPC systems , including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and query handling
Support users on AI algorithms , training model optimization and inference platform optimization
Assist with job submission,



application debugging, optimization and performance tuning
Install, configure and maintain AI/HPC applications and software libraries aligned with system architecture
Troubleshoot issues in open-source AI frameworks , collaborating with the open-source community when required
Work with commercial application vendors to troubleshoot and resolve engineering application issues
Collaborate with global software teams to provide effective application and platform support
Conduct 2–5 days of AI training sessions every month for end users
Continuously upskill on latest NVIDIA technologies and platforms and train internal AI teams
Manage updates/upgrades, container repositories , monitor system resources and submit monthly reports
Technical Skills Required:
Robust hands-on knowledge of AI frameworks :
TensorRT, DeepStream, NVIDIA NGC, PyTorch, TensorFlow 2, MXNet
Experience with AI model training and inference optimization
Willingness to learn and support new AI frameworks and technologies based on customer requirements
Familiarity with Linux environments and AI software stacks
