Job Role: Bidding Officer – Government Infrastructure Projects

Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Bidding / Tendering Officers to handle end-to-end tendering for Government Road & Railway projects including NHAI, MoRTH, Railways, IRCON, RVNL, APIIC, CPWD, State PWD & PSU projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Identification & evaluation of government tenders (GeM, CPPP, State portals)
Preparation & submission of technical and financial bids
Tender documentation, BOQ analysis & costing
Coordination with engineering, accounts & legal teams
Compliance with eligibility criteria, EMD, BG & tender conditions
Pre-bid meetings, clarifications & post-bid follow-ups




Maintaining bid trackers & success ratio reports

Eligibility & Skills:
5+ years experience in government tendering (Roads / Railways mandatory)
Hands-on experience with NHAI / Railways / State PWD / PSU tenders
Solid understanding of EPC, HAM, item-rate contracts
Knowledge of BOQs, DPRs, technical specs & commercial terms
Proficient in MS Excel, tender portals & documentation
Civil Engineering background preferred
