Job Description:

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to craft and develop engaging e-learning content and blended learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct needs analysis and planning to align learning solutions with business goals
Design and develop interactive, learner-centric content using up-to-date instructional strategies
Manage end-to-end implementation and support of digital learning programs
Create compelling instructional materials, visuals, and assessments
Collaborate on storyboarding, content authoring, and multimedia development for both self-paced and blended learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver application-focused training content optimized for web-based learning environments
Collaborate on needs assessments to shape role-specific curriculum roadmaps and high[1]level learning strategies




Participate both independently and on curriculum teams in the end-to-end development and testing of instructional materials
Review peer-developed content, providing constructive feedback and contributing ideas for new courses and learning programs
Craft compelling course descriptions and support promotional content for course rollout
Lead the storyboarding, authoring, and design of e-learning modules and blended learning experiences
Develop customized e-learning solutions tailored to diverse subjects and industry requirements
Analyze learner objectives and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to architect impactful training content
Apply proven instructional design models to develop engaging and innovative digital learning resources
Write in learner-friendly, audience-specific styles to ensure clarity and engagement
Collaborate with senior team members to conceptualize visuals, animations, and multimedia assets
Produce professional-quality scripts for audio and video components
Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project life cycle, including asset organization and revision tracking · Design and build impactful Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and digital learning modules using tools like Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, and more
