Job Role: Process Specialist

Experience required:
Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to multitask
Candidates must have between 1 and 4 years of international customer service experience.
Willingness to work night shifts, teamwork ability, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Ensure adherence to internal processes, confidentiality, and regulatory/compliance requirements at all times.

Job Requirement:
Any full-time graduate (10+2+3)
1-4 Years of Experience international customer service experience
Immediate joiners/30 Days' Notice.
Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand)




All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.
Should be comfortable with rotational week offs

- 1 Passport size photograph

**Interview Process Norms:**
