Job Title :- Jr. Site Engineer.
Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil/Structural)
Location: Mumbai (In office)
Experience: 4–5 Years (Minimum)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview)
Core Responsibilities
Project Execution: Oversee daily on-site activities and manage workflows in collaboration with structural and civil engineers to ensure high-rise building project success.
Quality Control (QA/QC): Implement quality control plans, conduct material testing (concrete, steel, aggregates), and verify work against IS codes and design specifications.
Technical Planning: Prepare and implement detailed project plans, including Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and material reconciliation.
Safety & Compliance: Monitor and optimize safety procedures, conduct regular site inspections to eliminate hazards, and ensure regulatory compliance (RERA/Local norms).




Coordination & Communication: Liaise between the design team, contractors, and vendors; provide project estimates and feasibility assessments.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is compulsory.
Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project .
Technical Knowledge: Expertise in RCC work, steel fabrication, formwork/shuttering , and MEP coordination. S trong knowledge of construction methodology, BBS, planning & reconciliation processes.
Soft Skills: Proven on-site management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
