6+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire PolicyCenter
Solid hands-on experience with:
Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and development
Gosu, PCF, Product Model, Rules, and Workflows
Guidewire integration framework
Experience with PolicyCenter versions 9/10+ and Guidewire Cloud (preferred)
Solid understanding of P&C; insurance domain (policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating)
Leadership & Soft Skills
Proven experience leading technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive decisions and resolve complex technical issues
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
