Job Overview

Kho Social LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to handle end-to-end accounting operations, compliance, vendor and client payment coordination, and salary processing. The role requires strong ownership, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial activities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance

Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger maintenance
Manage GST filings, returns, and statutory compliance
Assist with TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with CA and auditors for audits and filings
Prepare bank reconciliation statements

Vendor Management

Maintain vendor records and agreements
Verify vendor invoices and process payments on time
Coordinate with vendors for payment schedules and reconciliations
Ensure proper documentation for all vendor transactions

Client Billing & Payments

Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time
Track client payments and outstanding receivables
Follow up with clients for pending payments




Maintain proper records of invoices and collections

Salary & Payroll Management

Coordinate and process monthly salary payments
Maintain payroll records and salary-related documentation
Support payroll compliance, including PF, ESI, and deductions
Address basic payroll-related queries from employees

Reporting & Support

Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management
Track expenses and support budgeting activities
Ensure accurate financial documentation and record-keeping

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in accounts or finance roles
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software
Experience in vendor management and client billing
Knowledge of payroll and salary processing
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
Experience in an agency or service-based company is an advantage
