Job Opening: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head of Accounting & Finance – India TechProjects India, the Global Capability Center (GCC) of Dice IT Solutions LLC (USA), is seeking an experienced finance leader to head our India operations. This is a senior leadership role working closely with US stakeholders in a fast-growing IT services setting.
Work Location Orbit – 2 nd Floor , Knowledge City , Hyderabad, India
Work Hours: 8.30 AM to 5.30 AM with 1 Hr lunch break
Role Overview We are looking for a CFO / Head of Accounting & Finance to lead financial strategy, accounting, compliance, and governance to lead TechProjects India & Techpojects USA . The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Indian statutory compliance, inter-company accounting, and reporting to a US parent organization.
Key Responsibilities · Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
· Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS
· Manage statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and liaison with auditors and regulators
· Handle inter-company accounting, transfer pricing coordination, and US parent reporting
· Oversee payroll, PF, ESI, gratuity, and employee reimbursements
· Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting,



and cash flow management
· Manage banking relationships, cash management, and internal financial controls
· Build and lead the finance and accounting team in India
· Support leadership with strategic financial insights and decision-making
Qualifications & Experience · Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory (ICMA / CMA may be considered with strong experience)
· 12–20+ years of experience in finance and accounting
· Prior experience in IT Services, GCC, or MNC environment
· Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, statutory compliance, and transfer pricing
· Experience working with US-based parent companies
· Hands-on experience with accounting systems ( Tally and QuickBooks, etc.)
· Strong communication skills and leadership capability
