Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Admission Counsellor to join our growing EdTech team. The role involves guiding aspiring learners, providing personalized academic solutions, and driving successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound student queries and follow up with leads (database provided).
Initiate outbound calls to maximize enrollments and achieve sales targets.
Conduct virtual counseling sessions and product demos.
Match educational programs with individual career goals.
Present product offerings confidently and persuasively.
Build long-term relationships with students through empathy and active listening.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track lead progress.




Share weekly sales and performance reports with management.
Ensure student satisfaction to improve referrals and retention.
Stay updated with new programs and industry trends through training.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling or outbound sales (EdTech preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, empathetic, and proactive approach.
Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Target-driven with good problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
