Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead technical initiatives and build end-to-end scalable solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React, Node.js, and modern web technologies, along with practical experience integrating AI/ML tools to elevate product functionality. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural skills, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering cutting-edge, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Integrate and utilize AI/ML tools (RAG, OpenAI, LLM, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face) to improve user experiences and automate processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, data) to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.




Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction for ongoing projects.
Establish best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Architect and implement systems from scratch, optimizing for scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI.
Proficiency in Azure AI services and tools, including Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with AI/ML tools, APIs, or frameworks (OpenAI API, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, system architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
