We are looking for a Manager - People & Operations disguised as an HRBP. You will not just manage people; you will manage the digital environment they work in. You will own the organization's entire operational stack— ensuring that when a new hire walks in, their laptop is ready, their Microsoft 365 email is active, their ClickUp tasks are assigned, and their Razorpay payroll is scheduled.
Salary up to 6 LPA based on current salary and experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Microsoft 365 Administration (Digital Infrastructure)
User Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts in the M365 Admin Center. Assign licenses (Business Standard/Premium) based on roles.
• SharePoint & OneDrive: Structure and maintain the organization’s SharePoint sites to act as a secure document repository (replacing loose Google Drive links). Manage access permissions for sensitive folders. • Teams Governance: Create and manage standard Teams channels for departments. configure policies to prevent "channel sprawl" and ensure professional communication.
• Security Basics: Enforce MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) for all users and manage basic data policies (e.g., preventing auto-forwarding of emails outside the org).
2. Click Up Workflow Architecture
Workspace Admin : Own the Master Click Up Workspace. Ensure every department (Tech, Sales, HR) follows a standardized folder structure.
• Automated Onboarding: Build a "One-Click" onboarding automation: New Hire Added to Click Up -> Auto assign 'IT Setup' task -> Auto-create M365 Account (via Zapier/Make integration if possible).
3. HR Operations (Payroll & Compliance)
Razor pay Payroll: Execute monthly payroll with 100% accuracy. Manage reimbursements, bonus payouts, and FnF settlements.
• Digital Offboarding: The moment an employee resigns, trigger a "Kill Switch" protocol: Revoke M365 access, block Zoho login,
and initiate asset recovery workflows simultaneously to prevent data leaks.
• SOP Library: Host the "Company Playbook" (SOPs) within Click Up Docs, linking directly to relevant tasks so employees don't just read the process, they execute it.
4. Asset & Vendor Management
Hardware Lifecycle: T rack every MacBook/Laptop serial number in a Click Up database. Know exactly who has which device and its warranty status.
Vendor Procurement: Negotiate and manage contracts for IT vendors (laptop rentals), office supplies, and SaaS software licenses to optimize costs.
Financial Operations (Zoho Books Owner)
Purchase Orders (PO): Create and approve POs in Zoho Books for all capital goods (Servers, Racks, Cabling) and operational expenses.
• Vendor Portal Management: Onboard vendors onto the Zoho Books Vendor Portal. Ensure they upload invoices directly and track their payment status, reducing manual back-and-forth.
• Expense Tracking: Tag expenses correctly (Capex vs. Opex) in Zoho Books to give leadership a transparent view of "Cost per Rack" or "Cost per Employee."
• Compliance: Do necessary coordination for legel work like GST filing and annual filing with CA and CS.
Candidate Requirements Tech Stack (Non-Negotiable):
Microsoft 365: Experience adding/removing users, managing distribution lists, and basic SharePoint file management.
• ClickUp: Advanced understanding (Dependencies, Automations, Dashboards, Custom Fields).
• Razorpay/Zoho Books: Hands-on experience with Indian payroll and attendance systems.
Professional Profile:
Experience: 3–6 years in HR Operations, IT-HR Coordination, or Office Management in a tech startup.
The "fixer" Mindset: You are the person everyone calls when "Teams isn't working" OR "My salary slip isn't showing." You solve both.
Process Obsessed: You believe that if a process isn't written down (SOP), it doesn't exist.
