I am starting a recent company that aims to built particle accelerators. We shall start out with a type of accelerator called Synchrotron Light Source (SLS). SLS are basically extremely high resolution microscopes that enable you to observe the structure of molecules. As you can imagine, this has applications in drug discovery, aerospace, and other material sciences.
Overtime, larger particle accelerators unlock exotic use cases such as neutron sources for tritium and helium3 production, antimatter production (see LHC at CERN), in-orbit simulation using protons, etc.
Based on my research, there should be a market worth $1 Bn per year in revenue.

Where will the company be based?
India would be my default choice. But let's see.
What I am looking for?
An investor willing to fund this idea at this stage. I need around $250K to assemble a team, lay down the detailed science, and build a garage scale accelerator. This will get me to a stage where a larger round can be raised.
An investor who can work with me - help me put the larger round together.
