Job Title- Chief of Staff – Product (CPO’s Office)

About the Role
GoldenBridge Search has exclusively partnered with a very well funded fintech company to hire a high-impact Chief of Staff to work closely with the Chief Product Officer to drive execution, alignment, and operating excellence across the product organization. This role acts as the strategic and operational partner to the CPO — ensuring clarity on priorities, solid cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution as the product org scales.

You will serve as the force multiplier for the CPO, enabling Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to operate with speed, focus, and transparency.

What You’ll Do
- Product Strategy & Execution
- Partner with the CPO to translate product strategy into clear execution plans and operating rhythms
- Drive quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, and retrospectives across the product org
- Track execution of key initiatives, surface risks early, and drive timely resolution
- Ensure alignment between product vision, delivery timelines, and business priorities

Cross-Functional Alignment
-Act as the central coordination point between Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
-Align priorities, dependencies, and timelines across teams
- Facilitate structured discussions and forums to drive decision-making and closure

Communication & Stakeholder Management




- Own communication from the CPO’s office to internal stakeholders
- Translate product strategy, roadmaps, and trade-offs into clear, audience-appropriate updates
- Prepare leadership reviews, dashboards, and briefing materials
Insights, Metrics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards covering delivery health, adoption, and outcomes
- Provide the CPO and leadership team with actionable insights to support decision-making
- Run post-launch reviews and ensure learnings are documented and shared

Go-To-Market & Launch Excellence
- Coordinate product launches with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations
Lead launch readiness reviews and cross-functional alignment
- Ensure enablement materials and feedback loops are closed post-launch
Scaling the Product Organization
- Support onboarding and enablement of Product Managers
- Codify and document “how we build products here”
- Support org evolution (new pods, verticals, tooling, operating models)
- Promote best practices in documentation, async communication, and execution

What You’ll Bring
- MBA from a Tier 1 college and engineering background.
-2–6 years of experience in Consulting, Chief of Staff, Product Ops, Program Management, Product Management, BizOps, or similar roles
- Proven experience working closely with senior product leadership
- Strong exposure to scaling product organisations
