Centre Head or Center Manager – Pre-School (Female)

The Center Head or Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a secure and engaging environment for children, and leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure effective implementation of the ECCE curriculum .
Manage, mentor, and supervise teachers, caregivers, and support staff .
Conduct classroom observations and support teacher development.
Handle parent interactions, counselling, and grievance resolution .
Drive admissions, enrolment growth, and retention .
Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and open-house events .
Ensure child safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance .




Maintain records, reports, and coordination with management.

Required Skills
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Knowledge of Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE)
Excellent parent-handling and communication skills
Operational and administrative capability
Admissions and outreach experience
Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Qualifications;
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education.

Preferred Skills;
Experience with curriculum development.
Knowledge of child development principles.
