Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled GCP Cloud Engineer / DevOps Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to join our Automation team. This role requires strong hands‑on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Infrastructure‑as‑Code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security.
You will work on a development-focused automation project, building reusable Terraform modules and supporting advanced cloud architecture work.
This position requires a 4 PM – 1 AM shift overlap and GCP certification is mandatory.

What You Will Do
Build, maintain, and optimize Terraform modules for GCP environments.
Design and support GCP architectures, covering security, governance, networking, and high availability.
Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, GitLab, GitHub, and Packer.
Implement cloud automation, infrastructure best practices, and Landing Zone patterns.
Support cloud operations across Linux and Windows servers (approx. 70% Linux / 30% Windows).
Troubleshoot issues related to networking, identity, storage, deployments, and cloud security.
Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Security teams to deliver high‑quality cloud solutions.
Work on cloud transformation and migration projects across multiple cloud providers where required.

What You Bring
5–7 years of experience working in cloud engineering, DevOps, or cloud transformation roles.
Mandatory GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).
Strong experience with GCP architecture including security, governance, networking, scalability, and high availability.
Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Terraform module development, or GCP Deployment Manager.
Proven ability to design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy,



GitLab, GitHub, Packer).
Solid understanding of cloud security and architecture patterns (Landing Zones, microservices, monolith, event‑driven systems).
Robust Linux server experience and working knowledge of Windows server administration.
Scripting experience with Python, Shell, PowerShell, Ansible, GCloud CLI.
Understanding of identity management (Windows AD, Linux IDM) and IAM principles.
Experience managing cloud storage, backup solutions, and shared storage systems.
Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud network security.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
Ability to confidently articulate real project experience and walk through work done in previous roles.
