The Role
We're looking for a sharp, hungry digital marketer who isn't afraid to pick up the phone or fire off a cold email. This is a hybrid role — part paid ads operator, part outbound SDR. You'll execute our proven GTM playbooks: running paid campaigns on Meta and Google, scraping and enriching lead lists, launching multi-channel outbound sequences, and hopping on calls with US-based prospects. If you've run ad campaigns and done some form of direct customer outreach, you're exactly who we're looking for.
What You'll Do
Execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, managing budgets, creatives, targeting, and reporting
Run outbound prospecting workflows end to end — LinkedIn outreach, cold email sequences, and follow-up cadences using tools like Apollo, Instantly, and n8n automations
Engage directly with US-based leads and customers via email, chat, and occasional calls, qualifying prospects and booking demos for senior team members
Build and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar enrichment tools
Track campaign performance, cost-per-lead, and conversion metrics, providing regular reports with transparent recommendations
Collaborate closely with the founding team to test new channels, messaging angles, and audience segments
Support content distribution — pushing blog posts, social content,
and video across channels to drive inbound interest
Manage CRM hygiene, ensuring all prospect interactions and pipeline data are logged accurately
What We're Looking For
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or an SDR/BDR role at a B2B company
Hands-on experience with at least one major ad platform (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager) — even if from coursework, freelancing, or internships
Some exposure to outbound sales or customer-facing outreach — cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, calling campaigns, or similar
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM/outreach platforms
Comfortable working US hours or a split shift to overlap with US business timelines
Strong written English — you'll be writing copy that goes directly to American business owners and decision-makers
Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action; you don't wait to be told what to do next
Genuine curiosity about AI, SaaS, and startup culture
Nice to Have
Experience running Meta or Google ad campaigns with actual budget responsibility
Past SDR/BDR experience at a SaaS or tech startup, especially selling to US customers
Familiarity with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
Basic understanding of email deliverability concepts (domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM, inbox rotation)
Exposure to healthcare, sales tech, or legal tech verticals
