About the Role

Myfinser Global is partnering with a rapid-growing international organization to hire a Senior Python / Backend Engineer. You will design systems that directly shape financial intelligence and operational infrastructure across global markets, tackling complex challenges such as multi-company financial consolidation and ISP operations. This role leverages AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, providing high ownership, intellectual challenge, and visible business impact.

Advanced financial consolidation across multi-company structures
ISP operations including inventory, hardware integrations, and logistics

The systems you design will directly shape financial intelligence and operational infrastructure across global markets. We are searching for a high-caliber engineer with exceptional cognitive ability — someone who can rapidly understand business logic and engineer elegant, scalable solutions. Odoo experience is not mandatory. Learning velocity, architectural thinking, and problem-solving depth matter more than legacy framework experience.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and build scalable backend platforms using Python




Develop algorithmic solutions for complex financial and operational workflows
Integrate hardware, inventory, and logistics ecosystems
Rapidly learn and extend ERP frameworks such as Odoo when required
Partner with business leaders to translate ambiguity into structured systems
Drive automation and intelligent process design

Required Experience
7–12+ years in backend, platform, or systems engineering
Advanced Python expertise
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capability
Demonstrated ability to learn new frameworks quickly
Experience building production-grade, scalable systems
Experience with AI developer tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
Exposure to fintech, ERP, infrastructure, or logistics platforms
Background in high-scale or high-complexity environments
