They should drive end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM), managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication. They collaborate with developers and architects to translate business needs into technical requirements, often requiring Agile/Waterfall expertise and PMP/CSM certifications to ensure high-quality, compliant, and scalable platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Lead full-cycle ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to define scope and deliverables.
Governance & Risks: Define project governance, manage Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), and monitor budget consumption.
Technical Understanding: Facilitate solution design workshops and ensure adherence to platform best practices (e.g., CSDM, ITIL).
Progress Tracking: Provide regular updates on project status, quality, and timelines to senior leadership.




Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5–10+ years in IT project management, with 2–5+ years specifically in ServiceNow implementations.
Platform Expertise: Proven experience with multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
Methodology: Robust knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) , Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience with ServiceNow integration projects (REST/SOAP).
Working knowledge of CMDB, ITIL framework, or ITOM.
Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2).
