Role Overview:-
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in B2B SaaS to drive top-of-the-funnel pipeline for our sales team in the Indian market . The role involves a strong mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Key Responsibilities:-
Drive outbound prospecting across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities
Understand customer challenges and articulate product value during discovery
Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking
Work closely with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to improve funnel metrics
What We’re Looking For:-
2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS product company
Proven experience selling into the Indian market
Robust communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
Good to Have
Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales motions
Exposure to SaaS, CX, AI, or technology platforms
