Manager – Domestic Air Freight
Purpose: Lead and execute domestic air freight operations, driving revenue growth and ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement district air freight strategy.
Build solid relationships with airlines, trading partners, and customers.
Monitor shipment performance metrics (SPD, RPD, EPD, RPS, revenue/expense ratio).
Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular customer reviews, retention/sales calls, and provide competitive pricing solutions.
Manage billing, vendor payments, and financial compliance.
Evaluate service providers and implement corrective actions when needed.
Promote compliance, integrity, and organizational culture.
Drive adoption of system tools and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong knowledge of domestic air freight market.
