RTL Design Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for an RTL Design Engineer with strong experience in digital design and implementation for IP and SoC platforms. The role involves designing high-quality RTL, working on Ethernet-based designs , and ensuring robust, lint-clean, and synthesis-ready deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog) for IP and SoC components.
Work on Ethernet MAC/PHY-related logic and associated data path/control logic.
Ensure RTL quality through Lint, CDC, and static checks using tools such as SpyGlass .
Analyze and resolve lint, structural, and coding guideline violations .
Collaborate with architecture, verification, and physical design teams .
Participate in design reviews, code walkthroughs, and spec discussions .
Support synthesis, timing closure, and debug during integration.
Document design intent, assumptions, and implementation details.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in RTL design for IP or SoC.
Strong proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog .
Experience working on Ethernet protocols (MAC, PCS, or related subsystems).
Hands-on experience with Lint and SpyGlass (or equivalent static analysis tools).
Good understanding of synchronous digital design concepts .
Familiarity with low-power design considerations .
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
Exposure to CDC/RDC analysis and constraints .
Experience with synthesis and STA flows .




Knowledge of AMBA protocols (AXI/AHB) .
Prior experience in IP-to-SoC integration .
