Job Overview
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Sales and Operations Tourism Executive located in Current Delhi. The Senior Sales and Operations Tourism Executive will be responsible for coordinating travel logistics, managing customer bookings, and ensuring seamless execution of travel experiences. You will work closely with internal teams, tour guides, suppliers,



and clients to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
2+ years experience in a tourism or operations role is required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of travel management systems or booking platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or tourism-related software (e.g., CRM, booking platforms).
Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Ability to work well in a team and handle stressful situations professionally.
