About the Role:
SAP HCM Senior Consultant: In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, and support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, helping our organization streamline HR processes, improve workforce management, and support business growth. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that SAP HCM solutions are tailored to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

Key Responsibilities :
Support and perform enhancements in SAP HCM, including the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll)
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze HR processes, and provide SAP HCM solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to meet the unique requirements of the business, including organizational structure, employee lifecycle, payroll, and talent management.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP PP) and external systems (e.g., third-party payroll, talent acquisition systems).
Provide expertise in HR processes such as employee administration, compensation management, benefits administration, time and attendance, and reporting.
Lead system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and accuracy of system functionality.
Assist in data migration from legacy systems to SAP HCM, ensuring accurate transfer of employee and organizational data.
Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation for SAP HCM configurations, processes, and custom solutions.




Provide training to HR users and business stakeholders on SAP HCM modules, best practices, and system updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionality, configuration, and integration with other systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SAP HCM, including new module features.
Work with project teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
Provide thought leadership and guidance to junior consultants and support them in their professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on module configuration and implementation.
Deep expertise in key SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Performance Management (PM).
Solid understanding of HR business processes, including employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, and workforce analytics.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP HCM solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience in conducting user training, developing training materials, and providing user support.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to work with business users, project teams, and leadership.
Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules, particularly SAP FICO, SAP MM.
Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP HCM issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Good to have Skills :
Certification in SAP HCM.
Knowledge of local and international labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
