We are hiring a Junior Planning & Merchandising professional for a leading fashion retail brand. The role involves supporting merchandise and sales planning activities, analyzing sales performance, tracking stock levels, and assisting in demand forecasting. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, monitoring sell-through, and coordinating with buying, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth inventory flow. Strong analytical skills, valuable command of Excel, and an understanding of retail KPIs are essential. Prior experience or internships in fashion retail planning will be preferred.
