We are looking for a Solid Delivery Leader with deep BFSI experience and a solid technical background to lead complex projects, manage delivery governance, and build trusted relationships with banking & financial clients.
Experience: 15-20 years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of BFSI technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, SLAs, and quality metrics are met
Own delivery planning, execution, and governance across multiple projects
Drive delivery excellence within onsite-offshore models
Manage stakeholder communication with banking & financial clients
Provide technical guidance on integrations, cloud, APIs, data, and modernization efforts
Identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with governance standards
Lead and mentor teams of 50–150+ engineers and delivery professionals
Ensure adherence to BFSI compliance, security, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For:
15+ years of IT delivery/technology experience, with at least 5+ years in BFSI domain
Strong technical foundation in banking applications, digital platforms, APIs, cloud, or payments
Proven experience managing medium-to-large delivery portfolios
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive execution excellence
