TradeSme is building a trade + finance-led platform focused on MSMEs. We work closely with buyers, suppliers, and finance partners to enable smooth procurement, trading execution and credit support.

We are looking for a high-ownership Operations Intern who can handle day-to-day execution, coordination, reporting, and client servicing. This is a hands-on role and you’ll work directly with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day trading operations and execution including order tracking, dispatch coordination, delivery timelines and issue resolution . Ensure strong follow-ups with buyers, suppliers, logistics partners and finance partners via calls/WhatsApp/email to close tasks on time. Coordinate the full process flow PO → dispatch → delivery → invoice → payment , while maintaining daily trackers for orders, dispatch, delivery status, outstanding payments and client servicing issues. Handle customer servicing for existing clients and resolve queries quickly. Coordinate with internal teams and NBFC/partner teams for documentation, verification follow-ups, approval tracking and disbursal/repayment updates.



Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports in Excel, build basic Power BI dashboards, support finance operations like invoice matching, reconciliation and payment tracking, and travel for client meetings/follow-ups when required. Also contribute to improving operations by creating SOPs, checklists and workflow trackers.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, formulas)
Basic to good understanding of Power BI (dashboards/reporting)
Good communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
Basic understanding of Finance / Accounting / Trading
Strong ownership mindset + ability to multi-task
Comfortable with travel and client meetings
