Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Development Manager at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., based in Coimbatore North.



The Development Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a team of agents while ensuring they meet their sales targets. The role involves conducting performance reviews, supporting agents with sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving organizational growth objectives.
