Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer
Contract to Hire
Hybrid onsite at Hyderabad
Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM IST

Starting with Part time but potentially convert to full-time based on performance.

We are seeking a results-driven Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI and ML solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role goes beyond experimentation : you will own models end-to-end, from data ingestion and model development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate real-world problems into scalable AI systems. We strongly prefer candidates who are willing to work from our Hyderabad office and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning and generative AI solutions
Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle : data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
Build and optimize models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques
Implement LLM-based solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning,



agents) where applicable
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines
Integrate ML models into applications via APIs and services
Monitor model performance, address drift, and continuously improve outcomes

Required Qualifications
6–10+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI engineering
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Hands-on experience deploying models to production environments
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on business results and impact

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, etc.)
Experience building RAG pipelines , vector databases, and semantic search
Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments (government, healthcare, finance a plus)
Willingness to work onsite or hybrid from Hyderabad
