Job Description - Senior React Web Developer
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Location: Pan India
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture & State Management
Design and own the frontend architecture using Next.js or Vite
Define and implement state management strategies using React Context, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand , based on application needs

Component Engineering & Design Systems
Build and maintain a high-quality Design System or reusable component library
Ensure components are modular, accessible (WCAG compliant), and strictly typed with TypeScript

Performance Optimization
Own and continuously improve Core Web Vitals
Implement code splitting, lazy loading, and memoization (useMemo, useCallback) to reduce bundle size and minimize unnecessary re-renders

Data Fetching & Integration
Architect effective data-fetching layers using TanStack Query (React Query) or SWR
Manage caching strategies, optimistic updates, error handling, and error boundaries





Testing Strategy & Quality Assurance
Define and lead the frontend testing strategy
Implement unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library
Own end-to-end (E2E) testing using Cypress or Playwright

Technical Leadership & Mentorship
Drive team growth through high-quality code reviews
Establish and enforce best practices for Git workflows, coding standards, and technical documentation

DevOps & Tooling
Configure and maintain build tools and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Vercel, or Netlify
Enforce code quality and consistency through ESLint, Prettier, and automated checks

Frontend Security
Protect applications from common vulnerabilities such as XSS and CSRF
Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using JWT and OAuth 2.0
