Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Field Sales Executive. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining robust relationships with clients, identifying potential customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves regular market visits, monitoring competitor activities, and providing feedback to the sales team.



The Field Sales Executive will also coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and address customer requirements effectively.

Qualifications
Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets
Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and ability to identify market trends
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the FMCG industry or previous experience in sales will be an added advantage
Proficiency in local languages, along with Hindi and English, is advantageous
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
