We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Brand Manager to lead and grow our makeup brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, executing marketing campaigns, managing product positioning, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.

Location - Delhi

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement overall marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
Plan and execute product launches for recent SKUs (lipsticks, foundations, etc.).
Create 360° marketing campaigns (digital, print, influencer, and retail).
Manage social media strategy, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.




Plan and manage beauty expos, trade shows, launch events, and makeup masterclasses.
Ensure brand representation at events aligns with overall brand image.
Work closely with design, sales, e-commerce, and product development teams.
Align with e-commerce for listing optimization and brand visibility.
Partner with beauty influencers, makeup artists, and bloggers for promotions.
Coordinate PR activities—press releases, event coverage, beauty editorials.
Support BTL activities like sampling, pop-ups, and kiosk promotions.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in branding & marketing (preferably in the beauty & cosmetics industry).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and brand building.
