Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer & Cloud Architect (AWS) – India (Bengaluru)

About the Role: We are looking for an exceptional full-stack engineer who can leverage AI-accelerated development tools to build complex cloud backends and up-to-date front-end applications at 10× the speed of traditional teams. You will lead rapid development using next-generation AI coding assistants, code-generation tools, automated refactoring, and agentic workflows — and own the end-to-end architecture and deployment of our product on AWS.

What You Will Own
1. AI-Accelerated Software Development
Use state-of-the-art AI tools (Cursor, Devin-style agents, Copilot, CodeWhisperer, Claude, Replit Agents, etc.)
Architect, code, refactor, test, and ship features rapidly using AI workflows
Build full-stack features across React / TypeScript / Next.js front end and Python/Node.js microservices
Implement automation for repetitive tasks (test generation, documentation, code cleanup, CI/CD)
2. Cloud Backend Architecture
Design and build scalable backend services: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, event-driven systems
Implement serverless systems on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, ECS/EKS, SQS/SNS, CloudFront)
Build secure, high-performance architectures with cost optimization in mind
Own infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK/Serverless Framework)
3. AI & Data Layer
Integrate LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, DynamoDB + OpenSearch, Weaviate, Chroma)
Build retrieval-augmented pipelines, agents, and task-orchestration workflows
Work with Python ML libraries, API integrations, and model hosting solutions (Bedrock, HuggingFace, Together, etc.)
4. DevOps & Operations




End-to-end environment setup on AWS
CI/CD setup and automation (GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild/CodePipeline)
Observability: logging, monitoring, tracing
Security best practices, IAM policies, VPC design, networking

Required Skills
5+ years of full-stack development experience
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (show GitHub examples or proof of AI-assisted workflow)
Strong command of:
React / Next.js / TypeScript
Python or Node.js
AWS architecture (Lambda, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, RDS)
API design (REST/GraphQL)
Database design (SQL + NoSQL)
Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK
Clear understanding of distributed systems, scalability, security
Strong problem-solving skills; comfort working independently at high velocity

Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Experience building agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, LangChain/LlamaIndex
Experience fine-tuning or deploying LLMs on AWS Bedrock/SageMaker
Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka/Kinesis)
Exposure to mobile app integration (Flutter/React Native)
Prior startup experience or 0→1 product development
