Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail RMS & ReSA Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Retail v16+ Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, integration, and support of RMS and ReSA modules in a cloud workplace, ensuring seamless retail operations and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) on Oracle Retail v16+ Cloud
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Handle end-to-end implementation , upgrades, and rollouts
Configure RMS core modules including:
Item setup & hierarchy
Supplier & cost management
Pricing, promotions, and replenishment
Inventory management
Configure and support ReSA :
Sales audit rules
Transaction validation & error handling
Integration with POS systems
Financial posting and reconciliation
Work on cloud-based integrations with:
POS systems
Oracle Financials / ERP
External systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Support data migration , validation, and reconciliation




Perform UAT support , defect resolution, and production support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, finance, and IT
Prepare functional documentation, configurations, and SOPs
Ensure adherence to Oracle Retail best practices and security standards
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Oracle Retail RMS & ReSA
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail v16+ Cloud
Solid understanding of retail business processes
Experience in POS integration and sales auditing
Knowledge of batch jobs, schedulers, and retail data flows
Experience with SQL / PL-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware is a plus
Experience with cloud environments and Oracle-managed services
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
Experience with other Oracle Retail modules:
SIM, RPM, ReIM, or Allocation
Exposure to OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
Prior experience in retail domain (fashion, grocery, specialty retail)
Oracle Retail certification(s)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
