Role Overview
We are looking for a Founding Account & Growth Lead who will work closely with the founders and play a critical role in launching and scaling ServdYou.
This role is multi-functional by design . You will be involved in sales, demos, account management, customer support, and building the early business team. As the company grows, this role will evolve into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Acquisition
Conduct product demos and explain ServdYou’s value proposition
Handle objections and follow-ups
Work with founders to refine pitch, pricing, and positioning
2. Account Management & After-Sales Support
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth adoption of the platform
Act as the primary point of contact for early customers
Handle queries, feedback, and issue resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
3. Product Feedback & Market Learning
Collect customer insights and relay feedback to founders and product team
Identify gaps, objections, and improvement opportunities
Help shape early GTM and product decisions
4. Process Building & Documentation
Help create basic sales scripts, demo flows, and support SOPs
Document learnings and best practices
Improve operational efficiency as scale begins
5. Team Building & Training (Phase 2)
Hire and train freshers/junior team members
Distribute tasks and supervise daily execution
Ensure quality and consistency across sales and support activities
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
Some experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business operations
Comfortable speaking with CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers
Experience in demos, calls, and client-facing roles
High ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
