Role: Azure DevOps Architect
Experience: 10-15 years
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi
Notice Period: Immediate joiner to 30 days

Skills Needed :
Pipeline & Release Architecture: Design multi-stage YAML pipelines, enforce Git strategies, implement progressive delivery (blue/green, canary).
Design multi-stage YAML pipelines (build, test, security scan, package, deploy, smoke/regression) using Azure DevOps Pipelines ; standardize reusable templates and task libraries across portfolios.
Implement trunkbased development , GitFlow , and branch protection policies in Azure Repos ; enforce merge strategies, reviewers, and compliance checks.
Environment & Infrastructure Automation: Architect IaC using Bicep/ARM/Terraform, automate configuration with Ansible/PowerShell.
Architect Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep/ARM and Terraform with remote state, modules,



and policy-as-code; enable ephemeral environments on pull requests.
Automate configuration management using Azure Automation, Ansible, and PowerShell/CLI; codify runbooks for day2 operations.
Azure Workload Deployments: Standardize deployments for App Service, Functions, AKS; integrate Helm/GitOps.
Quality, Security & Compliance: Integrate quality gates, security scans, enforce DevSecOps practices.
Observability & Reliability: Implement telemetry with Azure Monitor, App Insights; automate rollbacks and chaos testing.
Platform Governance & FinOps: Define resource tagging, RBAC, cost optimization strategies.
Modernization & Migration: Enable pipelines for app/container modernization and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments.
Required Skills & Experience:
Expertise in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts).
IaC mastery: Terraform, Bicep/ARM templates.
AKS & container orchestration: Helm, GitOps, Istio.
DevSecOps integration: SonarQube, Trivy, policy-as-code.
Observability: Azure Monitor, App Insights, OpenTelemetry.
Release engineering: blue/green, canary deployments.
FinOps & governance: budgets, tagging, cost control.
Certifications
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (Required).
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Preferred).
CKA/CKAD, Terraform Associate (Preferred).
