Job Description :

Required Technical Skill Set** -

Job Summary:

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute performance test plans using Locust and Python-based frameworks .
Simulate real-world load models based on production metrics and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks across APIs, databases, and UI layers.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to optimize system performance and scalability.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
Generate detailed performance reports , summarizing findings, metrics, and recommendations for improvement.




Contribute to the test automation strategy by reusing and extending existing test scripts for performance validation.

Must have Skills:

Solid hands-on experience with Locust, or Gatling .
Proficiency in Python scripting and data-driven test design.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Knowledge of APM tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog) for root cause analysis.
Experience integrating performance tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
