Key Responsibilities
Design and develop multi-layer PCBs (up to 6 layers) for embedded and motor control applications
Create schematic designs and PCB layouts considering signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability
Work on embedded hardware system design , including MCU/MPU-based boards, power supplies, and interface circuits
Design and support motor control hardware , including BLDC, PMSM, or DC motor drive circuits
Select components and create BOMs , considering cost, availability, and lifecycle
Collaborate with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware–software integration
Perform design reviews, debugging, and bring-up of prototypes
Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and assembly vendors to ensure DFM/DFA compliance
Support hardware validation, testing, and certification processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in PCB design
Strong experience in 6-layer PCB design
Solid understanding of embedded hardware systems




Proven experience in motor control hardware design
Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle, or similar
Positive knowledge of high-speed design, power electronics, and analog/digital circuits
Experience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques
Ability to read datasheets, reference designs, and application notes effectively
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with industrial, automotive, or consumer electronics products
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance (CE, UL, IEC, etc.)
Experience working with motor drivers, gate drivers, current sensing, and feedback systems
Exposure to thermal design and reliability testing

Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
