Job Title: Global HR Compliance & Contracts Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a Global HR Compliance & Contracts Specialist to manage and ensure compliance of employment contracts across multiple geographies. The role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment agreements in line with country-specific labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards .
This role requires close collaboration with HR, Legal, Payroll, and external legal advisors to support Teceze’s global workforce operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Employment Contracts & Documentation
Draft, review, and update country-specific employment contracts , addendums, and HR letters.
Maintain standard employment contract templates aligned with local labour laws.
Ensure contracts cover statutory, compliance, and risk-mitigation requirements.
HR Compliance & Labour Law
Interpret and apply local and international labour laws across operating regions.
Track changes in employment legislation and recommend updates to contracts and policies.
Support statutory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
Global HR Governance
Develop and maintain employment compliance checklists for each country.
Conduct gap analysis between existing HR practices and statutory requirements.
Support internal HR audits and governance reviews.
Stakeholder & Legal Coordination
Liaise with external legal counsel, payroll vendors,
and consultants for jurisdiction-specific guidance.
Work closely with HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation from a compliance perspective.
Documentation & Records Management
Maintain a centralized repository of employment contracts and compliance documents.
Ensure version control, approvals, and confidentiality of HR legal records.
Support ISO, internal audit, and governance documentation requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical / Functional Skills
Robust knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance (India + at least 1–2 international regions).
Hands-on experience in employment contract drafting and review .
Understanding of statutory requirements related to payroll, benefits, termination, and notice periods.
Familiarity with global HR compliance frameworks and audits.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS / document management systems.
Behavioral & Professional Skills
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Solid analytical and risk-assessment skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration , or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in HR compliance, employment law, or HR contracts .
Exposure to multi-country HR operations is highly preferred.
HR / Compliance / Legal certifications are an added advantage.
