Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing the sales team. They will oversee account management, develop strong client relationships,



and analyze key business metrics to drive revenue growth. Additionally, they will lead and mentor a team, ensuring performance optimization and alignment with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve business growth targets
Proficiency in Account Management for maintaining and expanding client relationships
Exceptional Team Management and leadership skills to guide and motivate the sales team
Advanced Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and inform strategic decisions
Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and managing customer accounts
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience in the education or EdTech sector is highly desirable
