Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire recruitment delivery process, ensuring high-quality candidate
sourcing, screening, and placement.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications,and business requirements.
Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of recruitment solutions while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness. Set performance metrics and goals for the team to drive accountability and results
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and recruitment best practices.
Address and resolve any recruitment-related challenges, ensuring smooth delivery operations. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent across various skill sets.
Oversee the on boarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and processes.
Key Skills & Competencies
8 to 14 years of overall experience in Rercuitment industry.
4-5 yrs of delivery management experience into IT Staffing is a Must
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, and job portals.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends and talent acquisition strategies.
